What Happens in a Coaching Session?

Each session is a focused conversation designed to help you gain clarity and take action. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A Safe, Supportive Space – Sessions take place via phone or video, providing a space where you can reflect, explore, and strategize.​

  • A Process – Coaching calls follow a structured but tailored approach, including:

    •  Catching up and centering on a focus: Identifying what is important or true for you, including wins and challenges, and getting aligned on a focus for our time.

    •  Exploring together: Understanding more about where things are for you, what's happening, imagining and framing possibilities and experimenting with ideas.

    •  Processing learning: With new awareness we look toward what could be next.

    • Discerning what comes next: Identifying and defining steps to move forward

    • Accountability & follow-through: Coaching extends beyond our calls. Clients commit to action steps between calls, and follow-up helps keep momentum going.
