About Brandi L. Smith
MS, PCC, BCC, CTIC
I am a person-centered, strengths-based coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate life and career transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I have done this transition work myself, so I understand from experience what it really takes to do the internal excavation that creates change on the outside. Every person is unique, and their intentions, contexts, and commitment to doing the inner work steer the coaching process. My approach is rooted in client-centered process, systems thinking, and the belief that change is one part of an overall transition process.
I got my start in family life and parent coaching, and through those experiences, I evolved to support people with integrating life and work experiences. With over a decade of coaching experience and formal training since 2017, I bring a deep understanding of personal and professional development to my work.

Why I Coach
I believe the world changes when people grow.
Coaching isn’t just about problem-solving—it’s about learning to see yourself or a situation in a new way, aligning with what truly matters, and creating a sustainable path forward in life. When we step into who we are meant to be, we positively impact not just ourselves, but also our families, workplaces, and communities.
